I presenti termini e condizioni si applicano all'app Wisdom AI (di seguito "Applicazione") per dispositivi mobili, creata da UniDevelopers (di seguito "Fornitore del servizio") come servizio freemium. Scaricando o usando l'Applicazione accetti automaticamente i termini seguenti. Ti consigliamo di leggerli con attenzione prima di usarla.

È severamente vietato copiare o modificare l'Applicazione, qualsiasi sua parte o i nostri marchi. Sono vietati anche i tentativi di estrarre il codice sorgente, tradurre l'Applicazione in altre lingue o crearne versioni derivate. Marchi, copyright, diritti sulle banche dati e altri diritti di proprietà intellettuale relativi all'Applicazione restano del Fornitore del servizio.

Uso consentito

L'Applicazione è stata sviluppata per fornire supporto allo studio e all'apprendimento personale, attraverso l'analisi di contenuti testuali e la generazione di risposte e spiegazioni basate anche su documenti PDF caricati dall'utente.

È severamente vietato usare l'Applicazione in contesti che violino regolamenti, leggi o normative vigenti, inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo: esami, concorsi pubblici o privati, prove abilitative o qualsiasi altra situazione in cui l'uso di strumenti esterni non sia esplicitamente autorizzato. Il Fornitore del servizio declina ogni responsabilità per usi impropri, illeciti o non etici dell'Applicazione. L'utente si assume ogni responsabilità per le proprie azioni e per le relative conseguenze.

Abbonamenti e prezzi

L'Applicazione è un servizio freemium con prova gratuita e abbonamenti acquistabili tramite lo store del tuo dispositivo (Google Play o Apple App Store). Prezzi, durata e condizioni di rinnovo sono indicati nello store prima dell'acquisto; pagamenti, rinnovi e rimborsi seguono le regole dello store. Il Fornitore del servizio si riserva il diritto di modificare l'Applicazione o di far pagare i propri servizi in qualsiasi momento e per qualsiasi motivo, comunicando chiaramente ogni addebito.

Chiave API e costi dei modelli AI

Per funzionare, l'Applicazione richiede una tua chiave API per ogni fornitore di modelli AI (OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek). L'uso dei modelli comporta un costo a consumo, pagato direttamente al fornitore con il credito che carichi sul suo sito: tale costo non è incluso nell'abbonamento all'Applicazione. Sei responsabile della custodia della tua chiave API e del credito che carichi.

Risposte generate dall'intelligenza artificiale

Le risposte e le spiegazioni sono generate da modelli di intelligenza artificiale di terzi e possono contenere errori, come accade per qualsiasi modello AI. Quando alleghi un PDF, le risposte si basano sulle informazioni del documento; se l'informazione non è presente, il modello usa la propria conoscenza. Verifica sempre le risposte importanti. Il Fornitore del servizio non garantisce che le risposte siano complete, aggiornate o corrette e non risponde delle conseguenze del loro uso.

Modelli aggiornati automaticamente

I modelli AI disponibili nell'Applicazione si aggiornano automaticamente all'ultima versione offerta dal rispettivo fornitore. Il Fornitore del servizio non garantisce l'uso di una versione specifica di un modello.

Contenuti e dati

L'Applicazione conserva ed elabora i dati personali che fornisci per erogare il servizio, come descritto nella Privacy Policy. È tua responsabilità mantenere sicuro il tuo telefono e l'accesso all'Applicazione. Sconsigliamo di effettuare il jailbreak o il root del telefono: potrebbe esporlo a malware e virus, compromettere le sue funzioni di sicurezza e impedire il corretto funzionamento dell'Applicazione.

L'Applicazione usa servizi di terze parti, ciascuno con i propri termini e condizioni. Ecco i link:

Responsabilità

Alcune funzioni richiedono una connessione a internet attiva, tramite Wi-Fi o rete mobile. Il Fornitore del servizio non risponde del mancato funzionamento dell'Applicazione per assenza di connessione o per dati mobili esauriti. Se usi l'Applicazione fuori dal Wi-Fi, restano validi i termini del tuo operatore: potrebbero esserti addebitati costi per il traffico dati, anche in roaming. Se non sei tu a pagare il dispositivo, presumiamo che tu abbia il permesso di chi lo paga. Allo stesso modo, è tua responsabilità tenere il dispositivo carico: se si spegne, il Fornitore del servizio non può esserne ritenuto responsabile.

Il Fornitore del servizio si impegna affinché l'Applicazione sia aggiornata e accurata, ma si affida a terze parti per le informazioni che ti fornisce e non accetta responsabilità per alcuna perdita, diretta o indiretta, derivante dall'affidamento esclusivo a queste funzioni.

Aggiornamenti e cessazione

Il Fornitore del servizio può aggiornare l'Applicazione: i requisiti del sistema operativo possono cambiare e potrai dover scaricare gli aggiornamenti per continuare a usarla. Non garantiamo di aggiornarla sempre in modo che resti compatibile con la versione del sistema operativo installata sul tuo dispositivo, ma accetti sempre gli aggiornamenti proposti. Il Fornitore del servizio può anche cessare di fornire l'Applicazione in qualsiasi momento, senza preavviso. Alla cessazione, salvo diversa comunicazione, (a) i diritti e le licenze concessi dai presenti termini terminano; (b) devi smettere di usare l'Applicazione e, se necessario, eliminarla dal dispositivo.

Modifiche ai presenti termini e condizioni

Il Fornitore del servizio può aggiornare periodicamente i propri termini e condizioni: ti consigliamo di consultare questa pagina con regolarità. Comunicheremo le modifiche pubblicando i nuovi termini qui.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Wisdom AI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by UniDevelopers (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Permitted use

The Application was developed to provide support for study and personal learning, by analysing text content and generating answers and explanations also based on PDF documents uploaded by the user.

It is strictly forbidden to use the Application in contexts that violate regulations, laws or rules in force, including but not limited to: exams, public or private competitions, qualification tests, or any other situation where the use of external tools is not explicitly authorized. The Service Provider declines all responsibility for improper, unlawful or unethical use of the Application. The user takes full responsibility for their actions and for their consequences.

Subscriptions and prices

The Application is a Freemium service with a free trial and subscriptions purchased through your device's store (Google Play or Apple App Store). Prices, duration and renewal conditions are shown in the store before purchase; payments, renewals and refunds follow the store's rules. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason, and will clearly communicate any charge.

API key and AI model costs

To work, the Application requires your own API key for each AI model provider (OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek). Using the models has a pay-per-use cost, paid directly to the provider with the credit you load on its website: this cost is not included in the Application subscription. You are responsible for keeping your API key safe and for the credit you load.

Answers generated by artificial intelligence

Answers and explanations are generated by third-party artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, as with any AI model. When you attach a PDF, answers are based on the information in the document; if the information is not there, the model uses its own knowledge. Always double-check important answers. The Service Provider does not guarantee that answers are complete, up to date or correct and is not responsible for the consequences of using them.

Models updated automatically

The AI models available in the Application update automatically to the latest version offered by the respective provider. The Service Provider does not guarantee the use of a specific version of a model.

Content and data

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided in order to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which could expose it to malware and viruses, compromise its security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

Responsibility

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance. If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges, including roaming data charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer. Similarly, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged: if your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

While the Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.

Updates and termination

The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The requirements for the operating system may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
